  1. It looks delicious! I would like to try it with frozen then thawed tofu. I’m not a fan of the soft tofu texture. Definitely trying this recipe. I don’t have a Trader Joe so I will use what is available to me. Should still turn out taste. Using plant based milk instead of water with the cashew sauce is a great idea, I imagine it makes it next level creamier.

  2. I have an allergy to cashews (and pistachios and mango, funnily enough), but I always see creamy sauces using soaked cashews. I was wondering if you know of another way to get the same consistency in a vegan sauce that doesn't use cashews. I can eat other nuts, but I'm not sure if another nut would replicate the creamy-ness. I love your videos, you make such delicious looking food!
