Here is the detailed recipe of ulta pulta vada pav

*RECIPE*
1. Take a bread and it in round shape via any utensil.
2. Take two round cuts and spread ketcup and green chutney at both of them.
3. Add a slice of cheese between them as well.
4. Now put potato stuffing over the round breads properly.
5. Now take around 50 gm pr besan and add 1/2 tsp of jeera, red mirch powder, table salt, haldi, and mix 100 to 150 ml of water in it, mix it well and make a lump free mixture.
6. Now dip that into the mixture and coat well.
7. Now fry the same on low to medium flame untill it become light golden and crispy.
8. Your ulta pulta vada pav is ready, enjoy.
