I can confirm that this is the best air fries recipe I’ve had. I left on the skins for personal preference and changed the seasoning for my liking but other that they were delicious!
Ima be straight honest there was nothing special done here your just added oil , salt and tossed them……
What you should have did it tossed in cornstarch ,salt , pepper, garlic , onion powder ,paprika, oil and put in the air fryer now you have some good fries 🍟
This recipe was great!! I had 2 small potatoes, my sticks may have been a 1/3 the size of her potatoes. Used 1/2 tbsp of avocado oil to start. Used the other 1/2 of oil and dusted with complete, cajun, and rosemary salt, but stopped the air fryer after about 6 min on 400. They were the perfect snack for 1 person, crunchy and delicious. Oh I lifted the potatoes from the oil vs dumping the bowl into the air fryer.
The best recipe for french fries using an air fryer:
Step 1: Slice 2 large potatoes into quarter inch strips.
Step 2: Blanche fries in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drop right into a bowl of ice water until chilled.
Step 3: Strain water and let fries dry
Step 4: drop into 400° oil for 5 to 7 minutes, until crispy.
Step 5: Strain and dump cooked fries onto brown bag or paper towels, salt/season them generously, and gently shake.
Step 6: Throw your stupid air fryer in the trash where it belongs. It's just a tiny convection oven. You can literally do the same thing with most toaster ovens or your actual oven. Waste of time and money and it really doesn't make things that much healthier.

Made these today and they turned out great.

I'm not even crazy about your method but your enthusiasm is fantastic.
