Hi Coach, we have a 1.3kg loin roast from coles, is it similar cooking time for this? Also, are the strings needed for the roast? Or can we lay it flat?
Would I need to halve the cooking times for a 1KG joint?

Trying it for dinner today 😋
200° C = 392° F cook for 10 minutes.
Then turn down to
180° C = 356° F for 1 hour.
Cool down 10 minutes & serve.
Now to try out. Fingers crossed 🤞

We did ours in the oven the other day , with leftovers , a little dry heated in fry pan crisp up fat . then drenched in hot sauce . We have a air fryer tucked away some where will try next time.
