– 1 large beef chop
– 1 tsp vinegar

– 1 tsp crushed black pepper
– 1 tbsp crushed and roasted cumin powder
– 1 tbsp crushed and roasted coriander powder
– 1/2 to 1 tsp crushed red chili (adjust to taste)
– 1/2 tsp garam masala
– Food color (optional)
– Coriander leaves
– 1 tomato
– 1 tsp tomato ketchup
– Oil for cooking
– Whole red chilies (2-3)
– Salt as per your taste
*Instructions:*
1. *Prepare the marinade:*
– Blend coriander leaves, 1 tomato, and 1 tsp tomato ketchup into a smooth paste.
2. *Marinate the beef chop:*
– Mix the blended paste with ginger-garlic-chili paste, tikka masala, haldi powder, crushed black pepper, crushed cumin powder, crushed coriander powder, crushed red chili, garam masala, and vinegar.
– Coat the beef chop evenly with the marinade.
– Refrigerate for 1 day.
3. *Cook the beef chop:*
– Heat oil in a pan and add whole red chilies.
– Add the marinated beef chop and some water.
– Cook on medium heat until the meat is tender and the water dries up.
