Onions first for 5 min medium heat until almost translucent or sightly brown, add garlic 2 min (gets bitter when burned). Cranc up heat and add mince until slightly brown and not pink anymore
The best tacos for weight loss are all the tacos at Taco Bell. Eat 10 of them, and you lose 20 pounds overnight from throwing up and diarrhea.
