📜 Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
4 burger buns
Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, pickles, and mayonnaise (for assembling)

Prepare the Chicken:
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
Coat the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dredge the marinated chicken breasts in the flour mixture, pressing the coating onto the chicken to ensure it sticks well.
Fry the Chicken:
