I skip the flour and it comes out just fine ( less carbs)
I make mine very similar. I use panko, parm cheese and lemon zest. No flour though. Very delicious recipe. Love the lemon makes all the difference.

I bake schnitzel in the air fryer, 10 minutes total, flip halfway. They come out delicious crispy and with very little oil
Yummy! One day, I will make a few of them. I hate cooking chicken breast/thighs bc I don't never know if they are done or not. Chicken seems to intimate me 😂…Other cuts of meat doesn't. I know whenever they are done but chicken 🐔 is a whole different story. I guess I need to practice cooking chicken. Cooking a chicken cultle seems very easy to fry up. It's a very thin layer of meat! 😊
I need to come over to ur kitchen and let u teach me how to properly cook some fried chicken 🍗 🐔! I don't mind frying chicken fingers or chicken tenders. I cook til temp reaches right @ 165..😂 I don't never allow my oil to get hot enough, I guess. 350-375 temp! When deep frying bigger pieces of chicken 🐔! I have learned alot by just watching ur videos but sometimes I gotta have a cooking lesson in person 😆 so I don't burn down my house 😅 just kidding.

Natasha that chicken looks delicious. I had my first chicken schnitzel in Taiwan. Kinda of a weird place to have it, but my family lived there. We went to a German restaurant in Taipei owned by a German family and I’m telling you it was delicious.
