Crispy Chilli Beef Recipe | Easy & Simple

Crispy fried beef steak tossed with very light sweet, sour and savoury seasoning sauce. So simple that anyone can cook and super delicious! ๐Ÿ˜‹

* INGREDIENTS ( servings 2-3 )

– Rump/Sirloin steak 230 G
– Egg 1
– Corn/Potato Starch (Flour) 1 Cup
– Oil for frying
– Sweet Onion half ( cut thin slices )
– Bell Pepper half ( cut thin slices )
– Spring Onions 2/3 ( cut 2″ slices )

* Marinate for Beef Steak
– Light soy sauce 1 Tsp
– Ginger garlic paste 1 Tsp
– Sesame oil 1 Tsp
– Sugar ยฝ Tsp
– White Pepper ยผ Tsp

* Stir Fry Sauce
– Light soy sauce 2 Tbsp
– Dark soy sauce 1 Tsp
– Fresh lemon juice 2 Tbsp
– Honey 2 Tbsp
– Salt ยผ Tsp ( Optional, you can add or omit salt according to your taste )
