Ingredients:
Butter 65g
Granulated Sugar 50g
Salt 1g
Baking Powder 2g
Cake Flour 110g
Cocoa Powder 10g
Egg 50g
Cheese Batter:
Cream Cheese 340g
Granulated Sugar 50g
Egg 50g
Whipping Cream 70g
Corn Starch 8g
Steps:
1 In the mixing bowl,add butter, sugar, salt, baking powder, cake flour, and cocoa powder mix until the mixture becomes crumbly,Add the egg and mix until well combined.
2 Take half of the dough and press it into the bottom of the mold, then refrigerate. Place the remaining dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
3 In the softened cream cheese, add granulated sugar and mix until smooth. Gradually add the eggs, whipping cream, and cornstarch, mixing well after each addition.
4 Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth the surface. Crumble the remaining cookie dough on top. Bake at 200°C (392°F) with upper and lower heat for about 40 minutes.
5 Refrigerate for more than 3 hours before demolding.
