📍 RECIPE – NETHILI FISH FRY 📍

• Nethili (cleaned & washed with salt water) = 250 gm

Clean Nethallu well, rinse it twice in salt/turmeric water and take it in a mixing bowl.

Fish Masala Ingredients:
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 tablespoon oil
1.5 tsp salt (adjust as per your taste)
half lemon
water as needed

Add all ingredients listed above. Mix well.
Fish should be coated well.
Keep aside for 30 mins.

Heat enough oil in a kadai – add the fish pieces into it. Fry until golden brown.
Enjoy Nethili Fry!
