  1. I just got 40 lbs of pork belly from the pig me and my housemates raised for the last 6 months!!! Definitely doing this with some of what we got! I’ve tried animals from this bloodline and they have a really nice flavor and fat content! Can’t wait to try this on one of the slabs !

  2. Okay, the best way is to boil it first and let it rest in the fridge for 2hours. Heat up some oil and then fry it for 2 mins on each side. And then let it sit for another 20-30mins and heat up your oven on boil at 350°f and put the pork belly skin up in the oven for another 40mins
