I just got 40 lbs of pork belly from the pig me and my housemates raised for the last 6 months!!! Definitely doing this with some of what we got! Iāve tried animals from this bloodline and they have a really nice flavor and fat content! Canāt wait to try this on one of the slabs !
Okay, the best way is to boil it first and let it rest in the fridge for 2hours. Heat up some oil and then fry it for 2 mins on each side. And then let it sit for another 20-30mins and heat up your oven on boil at 350°f and put the pork belly skin up in the oven for another 40mins

You gotta take consideration of the size of meat. Smaller takes less time to cook, but it seems to have turned out good anyways.
