Easy Potato Balls Written Recipe With Directions

Ingredients:

-Potatoes (Aloo) grated 1 kg
-Salt (namak) 1 tbs
-Salt (namak) 1tsp
-Red chilli (lal mirch) powder 1/2 tsp
-Chat masala 1/2 tsp
-Cumin seeds (zeera) powder 1/2 tsp
-Corn flour 3 tbs

Directions:

-Wash well the grated potatoes.
-In a bowl, add potatoes and salt. Mix well and leave it for 10-15 mins.
-In a bowl, add water and dip potatoes in it.
-Then, take potatoes, press them with the help of hands, and remove all the water from them.
-Add potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, cumin seeds powder, and corn flour in another bowl. Mix well.
-Dip your hands into the water, then take a mixture and make a ball. Similarly, make others.
-In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it on medium flame.
-Add potato balls and stir the spoon after 2 mins. Fry it for 8 mins on medium-low flame.
-Dish out, serve, and enjoy it with ketchup.
