Beef Brisket in Beer
Trim the fat from the brisket and cut in half (I didn’t cut it). Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp pepper. Place onion rings in bottom of slow cooker; top with brisket. Stir chili sauce and next 3 ingredients together (makes sauce); pour over brisket. Cover & cook on high for 4-6 hrs.
*Note: There’s an additional sauce you can make to top it but I didn’t make it and the family loved it.

Ingredients
4 lb. beef brisket
1/2 tsp pepper
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings (Didn’t use much onion)
1/2 cup chili sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3/4 cup light beer
