INGREDIENTS
1. 1- 2 PACKAGES OF CHICKEN BREAST TENDERLOINS ( 1 TO 2 LBS EACH ) 6 TO 10 PCS
2. 1 – 12 OZ BAG OF CHOPPED SPINACH ( FRESH SPINACH CAN ALSO BE USED )
3. 1 – 10 OZ BAG OF SEASONING BLEND OR 1/3 CUP EACH OF FRESH CHOPPED ONIONS, PEPPERS & CELERY
4. 1 – 1LB BOX OF ROTINI PASTA * ANY PASTA CAN SUBSTITUTE *
5. BUTTER – AS NEEDED
6. 2 – 8 OZ CONTAINERS OF CHIVE & ONION CREAM CHEESE
7. MOZZARELLA CHEESE FRESH OR SHREDDED – 16 OZ
8. TRIPLE CHEDDAR CHEESE , SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE CUBES 16 OZ PKS EACH
9. VELVEETA SHREDS CHEDDAR CHEESE – 16 OZ PKG
** USE YOUR FAVORITE CHEESE COMBINATION **
10. 1 PINT OR 2- 3 CUPS OF MILK
11. WHITE VINEGAR – 1/4 TO 1 CUP
12. BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC & ONION POWDERS – 1 – 2 TEASPOONS EACH OR TO TASTE
13. MINCED GARLIC – 1 TABLESPOON
14. 1 – 10 OZ CAN OF ROTEL MILD DICED TOMATOES & GREEN CHILIES
15. CHICKEN SEASONING OR YOUR FAVORITE SEASONING – 1 TO 2 TEASPOONS OR TO TASTE
16. ITALIAN SEASONING – 1 TO 2 TEASPOONS
17. WEBER KICK ‘N CHICKEN SEASONING – 1 – 2 TEASPOONS OR TO TASTE
** CREOLE OR CAYENNE OR DRIED CRUSHED RED PEPPER CAN SUBSTITUTE **
18. SWEET OR PLAIN PAPRIKA – 1 – 2 TEASPOONS OR AS NEEDED
19. OLIVE OIL – 2 -3 TEASPOONS OR AS NEEDED
20. FOIL , STRAINER , CROCKPOT , LARGE BOWL , SKILLET , PAPER TOWELS , CUTTING BOARD

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

PREPARING THE CHICKEN
1. USING A CUTTING BOARD , CAREFULLY REMOVE THE CARTILAGE FROM THE CHICKEN
** PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO **
2. CUT THE CHICKEN INTO THE SIZE PIECES OF YOUR CHOICE & PLACE IN A CLEAN BOWL

CLEANING THE CHICKEN
1. ADD COOL OR COLD WATER ENOUGH TO COVER THE CHICKEN
2. ADD 1/2 TO 1 CUP OF WHITE VINEGAR
3. SOAK FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES
4. DRAIN THE CHICKEN THROUGH A STRAINER. RINSE WITH COLD WATER
5. PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS
6. PLACE THE CHICKEN INTO A CLEAN BOWL
7. SANITIZE YOUR WORK AREA & CUTTING BOARD
** YOUR CHICKEN WILL NOT TASTE LIKE VINEGAR **

PREPARING THE SPINACH
1. PLACE THE SPINACH INTO A STRAINER
2. USING A UTENSIL OR YOUR HANDS. PRESS OR SQUEEZE ALL THE EXCESS WATER OUT OF THE SPINACH
3. PLACE IN A BOWL & SET ASIDE.

*** BUTTER THE BOTTOM & SIDES OF YOUR CROCKPOT . ( A BUTTER OR CANOLA OR VEGETABLE SPRAY CAN SUBSTITUTE FOR THE BUTTER )

SAUTE’ING & MIXING
1. USING A LARGE SKILLET ON MEDIUM HEAT. ADD 2 TO 3 TEASPOONS MORE OR LESS TO THE
SKILLET.
2. ADD THE CHICKEN TO THE SKILLET . ( THE WATER IN THE CHICKEN WILL APPEAR & COOK OFF )
3. COOK UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK . 3 TO 4 MINUTES
4. ADD THE PICT SWEET PEPPERS & ONIONS TO THE SKILLET . BLEND TOGETHER
5. ADD THE DICED TOMATOES & SPINACH. BLEND TOGETHER
6. ADD THE GARLIC & ROTINA PASTA . BLEND TOGETHER
7. ADD THE GARLIC , ONION POWDERS, CHICKEN SEASONING , KICK’N CHICKEN , SWEET PAPRIKA , ITALIAN SEASONING & OLIVE OIL, BLACK PEPPER . MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED.

** TURN THE HEAT OFF **

8. ADD THE 2 CONTAINERS OF THE CHIVE & ONION CREAM CHEESE . MIX WELL
9. ADD 1/4 CUP OF ALL THE CHEESES. MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
10. ** TASTE YOUR PASTA & SPINACH TO MAKE ANY SEASONINGS ADJUSTMENTS IF NEEDED **

CROCKPOT
1. USING THE BUTTERED CROCKPOT. ADD A LAYER OF THE PASTA & CHEESE MIX
2. ADD A LAYER OF EACH OF THE CHEESES. FOLLOW WITH A LAYER OF THE PASTA & CHEESE MIX.
3. ADD THE FINAL LAYER & TOP WITH THE CHEESES.
4. SPRINKLE WITH THE ITALIAN SEASONING, SWEET PAPRIKA.
5. ADD 1 TO 2 CUPS OF THE MILK . MORE OR LESS AS NEEDED
6. SPRAY THE FOIL IF AVAILABLE . THIS WILL KEEP THE CHEESE FROM STICKING TO THE FOIL.
7. PLACE THE FOIL OVER THE PASTA BAKE . ADD THE CROCKPOT TOP.
8. SET THE CROCKPOT COOKING TIME . HIGH SETTING – 1 TO 1 1/2 HOURS // LOW SETTING – 1 1/2 TO 2 1/2 HOURS ( MORE OR LESS )
9. HIGH SETTING – CHECK AFTER 1 HOUR // LOW SETTING – CHECK AFTER 1 1/2 TO 2 HOURS
YOUR PASTA IS DONE. SERVE WITH ADDITIONAL MEAT , SALAD , TEXAS TOAST
10. THIS MEAL SHOULD SERVE 6 TO 10 PEOPLE. IT ALSO FREEZES VERY WELL FOR MEAL PLANNERS.
