Crunchy Vermicelli Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
β€’ 1 packet of vermicelli
β€’ 50 g butter
β€’ 180 g condensed milk
β€’ Melted chocolate (for topping)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vermicelli: Crush the vermicelli into small pieces and set aside.

2. Toast the Vermicelli: In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the crushed vermicelli and toast it until golden brown, stirring frequently to prevent burning.

3. Mix with Condensed Milk: Remove the pan from the stove. Add the condensed milk to the toasted vermicelli and mix well until everything is evenly coated.

4. Shape and Chill: Transfer the mixture into a greased or lined pan. Press it down evenly to shape. Place it in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set.

5. Add Toppings: Once set, cut the mixture into bite-sized pieces or roll into balls. Top each piece with melted chocolate.

6. Serve and Enjoy: Let the chocolate set slightly, then serve and enjoy your crunchy vermicelli balls
