How To Bake Bread In Air Fryer?

This homemade air fryer bread is super easy to make with just four simple ingredients, and it requires no kneading at all.

Let me show you how to bake a small loaf of perfectly fluffy and crusted bread in an air fryer?

For this air fryer bread recipe, you will need:

1. 2 cups of all-purpose flour
2. One tablespoon of active dry yeast
3. One tablespoon of sesame seed to sprinkle on top
4. Pinch of salt
5. 1 cup or 200 ml of lukewarm water
and an air fryer. Any air fryer will work for this bread recipe.

To make this air fryer bread put 2 cups of all-purpose flour in the mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of active dry yeast, and mix all the ingredients till well combined.

Now, gradually add all of the water while giving the ingredients a good mix.

Once you have added all the water and the bread dough looks relatively smooth without any big lumps, rub a thin layer of cooking oil around inside the bowl.

Now, cover the bread dough with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel and leave it to rise for about one hour and 30 minutes.

Once the bread dough has risen enough, choose a baking dish that will fit into your air fryer and cover it slightly with some cooking oil.

Now, carefully place the bread dough into the baking dish and sprinkle some flour on the top.

To add some deliciously rich and nutty flavor to your loaf, sprinkle on some sesame seeds before placing the dough in the air fryer.
