Hello everyone, Today I show how to cook Cucumber Kimchi easily and quickly. Cucumber Kimchi tastes sour and slightly spicy. In Korean cooking, kimchi is eaten as a side dish or used as an ingredient in everything from rice and noodle dishes to dumplings and stews.

▶ Ingredients :
● 400g, Cucumbers
●● A pinch of Salt (For marinade)
● Garlic
● Chives
● Carrot
● 1 tbsp, Sugar
● 1 tbsp, Fish Sauce
● 1 tbsp, Rice Vinegar
● 2 tbsp, Gochugaru (Chili powder)
● 1 tsp, Sesame Oil
● 1 tbsp, Sesame Seeds.

▶Method:
1. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices.
2. Gently massage and marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain the cucumbers.
3. Stir to combine well.
4. Place all ingredients and combine them well.
5. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and stir to combine well, done!
