Today in culinary school we learned how to make Italy regional dishes including some pappardelle, orata fish, and tiramisu. We also learned how to make an antipasto. The journey of learning how to cook in culinary school has been so eye opening! We learn not only how to make the dishes with correct technique, but also how to add our own flair.
