Ingredients:
1. Urad daal – 300g
2. Cumin seeds -1tsp
3. Salt – 1tsp
4. Hing – 1/2tsp
5. Green Chilli -2-3
6. Ginger – 2-3
7. Hot water
8. Hing -1/2tsp
9. Curd – 500g
10. Sugar -50g
11. Cumin seeds -50g
12. Dry red chilli -2-3
Preparation Procedure:
1. Soak urad daal for 8-9 hours
2. Grind the soaked urad daal
3. Add all the spices i.e. cumin seeds, salt, hing, chopped green chilli and chopped ginger
4. Beat up the mixture till it floats in the water.
5. Fry pakora in hot oil.
6. Now, take some hot water and add hing and put the pakora in the that water and keep it aside.
7. Further, add sugar in the curd and mix well.
8. Make powder of cumin seed and red chilli to spread on the dahi Bhalla.
9. Take out the pakora from the water and squeeze the water out of it and put them in a bowl.
10. Now, put the dahi, red chutney, green chutney and masala on the pakora.
11. Dahi Bhalla is ready to be served.
