  1. I have been cooking since College Days. And just by looking at this recipe, I can point out big flaws :
    – oil is too less for such a quantity of Onions
    – she is using a very light weight aluminium kadahi, which is teflon coated. This is bad for health & leaves a very bad taste due to Teflon
    – and this maida thing doesn't make sense to me
    – she did not specify that Dahi has to be very well beaten

  2. Planning on trying this for dinner tonight. I didn't know we could add curd in the end this way. I was always marinating chicken in curd for a few hours before using it in a recipe. This looks yum.
