Recipe:
-200g sugar
-1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Melt sugar in a pan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in a pinch of baking soda until it foams. Pour onto parchment paper, flatten slightly, and optionally press a cookie cutter on top. Let cool until hard.
