  1. Too short and a repeat from a longer what's eating Dan video from a few weeks ago….. And is a little bit off because it doesn't suggest exactly how long you can cook the mushrooms before they actually will overcook…. I have used too much dry heat in the past and way over cook them and they were no longer really very palatable.

  2. If you can't overcook mushrooms, then how come so many chefs make a big deal of how we shouldn't be washing mushrooms under running water? Couldn't you just cook out whatever water it absorbs?
