I'm from Spain and we have a dessert that's 'leche frita', that means 'deep fried milk', similar but adding lemon peel and a cinnamon stick to the milk when heating, using flour to fry, and covering it with sugar and cinnamon once fried. It's meant to be cold to eat it, and use fresh milk!
