Water: 5 glass
For Beef: cook it for 20 to 25 minutes after the whistle on medium flame
For Mutton: cook it for 10 to 15 minutes after the whistle on medium flame

Oil: 1/2 cup
Onion : 1 medium size
Now fry it until color changes to light golden
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tsp
Water: 5 cup
Bay leaf: 1,Small Cardamom: 1-2,Cumin: 1 tsp,Cloves: 4-5,Black pepper: 8-10,Cardamom: 1,Cinnamon: 1
Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes
Chopped green chili : 5 to 6
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Dry red chili: 2 to 3
Salt : 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Yakhni/broth : 4 and 1/2 cup
Now cover it and cook it for 2 minutes
Basmati rice: 3 cup (soaked for 30 minutes)
lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Fried onion
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
