I was wondering if you might possibly have the PERFECT Lasagna recipe, I have been scowering the internet and I cannot find one that I absolutely agree with. Note that I do want to make my own Lasagna sheets as well and I think you could definitely nail a recipe that I would enjoy and also answers my 99 questions.   5. I made this last night, but without the onions and garlic due to husband’s aversion to them (although the jarred pasta sauce I used had some in it). I also fully mixed the ricotta into the pasta, as some of the Italian commenters here suggested. Anyway, it was a huge hit and so very tasty!! This recipe is a keeper for sure! 👍 Thank you, Preppy Kitchen, for the easy-to-follow video and recipe! ❤
