Chicken Stuffed Mini Rolls

Ingredients for Chicken Filling:
Oil 3 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 500 g
Green coriander 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Chicken Stuffed Mini Rolls:
Roll patti as required
Chicken filling as required
Flour batter (all-purpose flour 1 cup + water 1 cup)
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Chicken Filling Preparation:
In a pan, heat oil and add onion. Cook until translucent.
Add boiled chicken, green coriander, green chilies, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, coriander powder, red chili flakes and cook for 2-3 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Stuffed Mini Rolls Preparation:
Take the roll patti and place chicken filling in the center. Wrap it in roll shape and seal the edges with flour batter.
Note: They can be frozen in a ziplock bag for 1 month
Deep fry them until golden brown in color. Your Chicken Stuffed Mini Rolls are ready.
Prep time: 30-40 mins
Cooking time: 30 mins
Servings: 5-6
