Chicken Tikka Crepe Rolls

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka:
Chicken boneless (chunks) 1 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tikka masala 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil (for cooking) 3 tbsp
Heated charcoal (for smoke)
Oil (for smoke) 1 tsp

Ingredients for Crepes:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Eggs 3
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Milk 3 cups
Oil 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Crepes:
Prepared crepes as required
Prepared chicken tikka as required
Flour mixture (all-purpose flour 1 tbsp + water ¼ cup)
Oil (for frying) 1/2 cup
Directions for Chicken Tikka Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done.
2. Now place heated charcoal in aluminum cup in the center of the pan. Drizzle oil on the charcoal and cover the pan with lid. Let it smoke for 1-2 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Crepes Preparation:
3. In a bowl add flour, eggs, salt, Yogurt, Milk, oil and mix it well.
4. Now take 1/2 cup of batter and spread it on a preheated pan. Cook each side for 1-2 mins. Do the same with the remaining batter and set aside the prepared crepes.
Directions for Chicken Tikka Crepe Rolls Preparation:
5. Take the prepared crepes and place prepared tikka mixture on them.
6. Roll them into roll shape and seal the edges with flour mixture.
7. Now fry them from each side until light golden. Your Tikka Crepe Rolls are ready.
