2 cups – Penne Pasta
1 tsp – Salt
For the White Sauce:
1/4 cup – Butter
1/4 tsp – Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp – Red Chili Flakes
1/4 tsp – Grated Nutmeg
1/4 tsp – Garlic Powder
1/4 cup – All Purpose Flour
2 cups – Milk
1/2 tsp – Salt
1 tbsp – Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup – Full Fat Cream (Whipping Cream 35%)
