Smoked mackerel kedgeree (serves 4):
250g smoked mackerel
2-3 eggs
500g basmati rice
100g frozen peas
2 small white onions
Knob butter
Drizzle olive oil
750ml vegetable stock
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp. garam masala
1.5 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. turmeric powder
Sea salt
Black pepper
30g fresh parsley
30g fresh coriander
Chicken pasta (serves 4):
2 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. Herbes de Provence
½ tsp. smoked paprika
4 tsp. cayenne
½ tsp. chilli flakes
Sea salt & black pepper
100g bread crumbs
30g parmesan
Pasta sauce –
4 red peppers
1 chilli
1 garlic bulb
2 red onions
Sea salt & black pepper
350ml double cream
Sea salt

Here in Bangladesh, we have something very similar to your 1st recipe. We call it "Khichuri", and tehari is also similar, didn’t know other cuisine have anything like this.

I did the recipe for roasted sweet potato, red lentil coconut pot from your home cooked wonders ebook and roasted carrot and garlic hummus but with out the garlic because ibs from your balance ebook and oooohhh my goodness the flavors were so unique and delicious. I never would’ve thought to incorporate some of the ingredients but I’m glad I didn’t skip on the ingredients. I’m so excited to try more of your recipes .
