I must confess I just stumbled across your channel today and I am so happy. You are absolutely wonderful and your way of sharing your fabulous recipes and technique is enchanting. I feel like I am sitting, listening to you in your kitchen. Oh, but if I were there in person I would be helping or being your sous chef! I binge watched several of your shows and then I went to the kitchen to see if I had the ingredients on hand to make any of your recipes tonight. Happily, I had the items needed for Lasagne Soup. Let me say that my kitchen smells heavenly right now and everything is done except I am not adding the pasta until right before dinner time, which gives me time to freshen up and sit down with a glass of lovely red wine. To take away heat from chili drank milk it will kill the heat.
