Mango Dessert Cups
Ingredients for Mango Paste:
Mango chunks 2 cups
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1 cup
Ingredients for Mango Cream:
Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream 1 cup
Mango paste 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Mango Custard:
Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Prepared mango paste 1 cup
Egg yolk mixture (egg yolks 4 + corn flour 1/4 cup)
Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared mango custard
Cake (crushed) as required
Mango chunks as required
Prepared mango cream as required
Directions for Mango Paste Preparation:
1. In a blender add mango chunks and blend them well. Now add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and blend it again. Set aside.
Directions for Mango Cream Preparation:
2. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
Note: Do not put in freezer to chill, cream won’t whip once it gets gold temperature shock.
3. Now add mango paste and beat it again. Set aside.
Directions for Mango Custard Preparation:
4. In a pan heat Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk and add sugar. Cook until starts to boil.
5. Now add prepared mango paste and mix it well. Then add egg yolk mixture and cook until it thickens.
6. Now let it cool at room temperature.
Directions for Assembling:
7. In the dessert bowls add layers of prepared mango custard, crushed cake, mango chunks, mango cream and serve.
8. Your Mango Dessert Cups are ready.
