Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch salt
3 medium Banana’s ripe
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs room temp
1 stick room temp butter
2 cup all purpose flour sifted
vanilla extract
1 cup crushed walnuts optional
leave the walnuts out if you have a nut allergy

As always you make the best banana bread. Sometimes I like a little cool whip on mine. But boy is this one delicious recipe. I will probably make a few extras for when a guest drops in and take one out of the freezer. Or make a few for Christmas gifts.
Gina, I love love banana bread 🍞 and love the smell from its baking. I can’t wait to try making it. I love it how you explain your recipe and give other options for a substitute like don’t like walnuts, then put chocolate chips or if allergic to walnuts, then leave it out.
