  1. Hahahahaha started to watch your videos and thought to myself, I thing this beauty is Portuguese, and I think I'm right. I'm also from Toronto and I'm Portuguese. Love your videos and your meals , started once again for the 100th time eating healthy, clean, vegetarian meals. Looking forward to all your videos.

  2. Looks good! I'd be concerned about overlooking the shrimp though (several minutes of simmering is a lot). I would sear the shrimp, take it out of the pan then add beer, cook it down, add tomato and return shrimp to pan in the last moment of cooking the sauce.
