📕Ingredient list:
– 400 g Risoni pasta
– 300 g buttered vegetables (from the freezer or mixed vegetables of your choice)
– 1 onion
– A little oil
– 2 teaspoons vegetable stock
– Salt
– 800-900 ml water

♨️Preparation:

1. Heat a little oil in a large pan.

2. Finely dice the onion and sauté in the pan until translucent.

3. Add the Risoni pasta and lightly toast until golden.

4. Add the herb butter from the buttered vegetables and fry briefly.

5. Add vegetable stock and salt.

6. Deglaze with 800-900 ml of water and stir well.

7. Pour the water over the noodles and stir well. Reduce the heat and let the noodles simmer for about 5 minutes.

8. Now add the prepared vegetables and simmer gently for another 5-7 minutes. Keep the heat low to allow the noodles and vegetables to cook gently.

9. Season to taste and add a little more salt if necessary.

10. Remove the dish from the heat and let it rest briefly before serving.
