In the video today we will be making a delicious thick Strawberry smoothie bowl and we will top it with some homemade crunchy Peanut Granola. Strawberry smoothie bowls are great to have for breakfast or as a healthy fruit snack. They are quick and easy to make and perfect for cooling you down in warmer weather.
Ingredients
Frozen mango
Frozen raspberries
Frozen Strawberries
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
Milk of your choice. ( I used fat free milk today)
Toppings ( whatever you would like. Today I top it with some homemade peanut granola but I use what I have made that week. Recipe links below)
