Delicious Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie



This video goes through all the steps you need to make a delicious strawberry yogurt smoothie. This is the perfect blend for anyone who absolutely loves strawberries.

The amount of ingredients listed in the video is enough for about one large smoothie. If you want a small drink, then you can probably get two drinks out of a single batch.

The full list of ingredients for this smoothie is below.

10 (1 Cup) strawberries (Fresh or frozen)
1 cup milk
½ cup strawberry yogurt
1 Tbsp honey

This smoothie will last in the fridge for up to two days. Any longer, then it will start to degrade in quality and won’t be as lovely.

For the strawberries, you can use either fresh or frozen. Obviously, frozen is the better choice if they’re not in season, or the fresh varieties are overpriced. If you’re using fresh, make sure you remove the stem and leaves before adding them to the blender.

There are many different variations you can do on this recipe. If you’re into fitness, then you might want to add some protein powder. If you’re looking for a health kick, then some chia seeds also work pretty well. I find about one tablespoon should be enough of whatever you decide to add.

If you’re finding this a bit too runny, then try reducing the amount of milk and adding more strawberry yogurt to it. Adding some ice cubes can also help thicken it up.
