2 cups apple chunks of your choice, fresh, peeled
2 cups thick or frozen yogurt
2 cups milk
2 tbsp chia seeds

For Garnish:
red apple slivers & banana chunks

0:10 Place apples, bananas, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in a blender.
