Dessert: Easy Mini Pavlovas – Homemade Meringues Recipe

►2 tsp corn starch
►1.5 tsp lemon juice
►1.5 tsp vanilla extract

►2 Tbsp white sugar

  2. I’m so excited to make these!! I had the most amazing pavlova at a restaurant in Fort Lauderdale (Evelyn’s at the Four Seasons) and fell in love! Theirs was a little larger than these and they hollowed out a bit of the inside to fill it with guava sherbet and topped it with passion fruit puree and thin mango slices! I was in heaven!! The flavors just paired so well.
    I have a question – can the lemon, vanilla and cornstarch be added at the end and blended for 5-10 seconds in the stand mixer or they have to folder in by hand? Just curious if it impacts the consistency or results.
