Four Ingredient Peach Coulis

Equipment needed:
small pot
blender
large spoon
fine-mesh strainer
squirt bottle or spoon
Ingredients:
6 oz peaches, rough chopped small
1 oz brown sugar
4 oz. water
1/2 tsp lemon juice
white sugar to taste (whether or not you need more sugar depends on the sweetness of your peaches)
Step by step:
1) Place the fruit, brown sugar, water and lemon juice in the small pot, bring to a boil on medium heat, and simmer for ten minutes.
2) Puree until very smooth. (About thirty seconds).
3) Lightly mash through strainer while still hot.
4) Check for sweetness and add white sugar if needed.
