I'm new to your channel I really enjoyed your video and interested in making this cornbread, What kind of whole wheat flour would I need they got so many on Amazon they high in carbs what do I look for in finding such flour?

While this recipe is awesome for diabetics, it's a nightmare for diabetics with heart disease and high blood pressure. There is WAY too much sodium in this.
