Corn products are not good for diabetics so if you are diabetic ignore this recipe also diabetic ground beef ? Go to your butchers and ask for diabetic beef he will scratch his head or laugh his head of at you and say has 3 legged chickens as well and a sheep with 3 horns and two tails lol thanks for at least making me laugh but being diabetic i wont try your recipes lol
