I don't understand why people are so afraid of fat. You know what actually makes you unhealthy and overweight is sugar and carbs, not fat. That is actually something we need, not to mention it's a much better fuel source for our body over nasty sugar and carbs. Lean ground beef also doesn't taste as good as ground beef that has more fat in it.
And you won't die of chronic illness like you would from eating fast food. Same thing, 1,000 less chemical ingredients. Well, except that crappy bread and cheese.
