Recipe:
Banana oats smoothie
Serves – 1 person
Banana – 1 ( chopped)
Oats – 1 cup (roasted)
Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
Roasted almonds – 1/4 cup
Mixed seeds – 1 tbsp
Dates – 4 to 5 ( deseeded & chopped)
Cold water – 1 to 1.5 cup approx.
Method
* Put all the ingredients in a mixer jar.
* Grind them to a smooth paste.
* Tranfer it in a glass or a bowl.
* Top it with a pinch of cinnamon powder and few seeds.
