potatoes – 2 pieces
pressed cheese – 100 g (3.5 oz)
eggs – 1 piece
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)

bread crumbs – 50 g (1.76 oz)
parmesan – 20 g (0.7 oz)
water – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
Cook over medium fire for 10 min on each side
