  1. The Khasi People of North East India use this oil since old times to cook and to eat just with white rice and we called it "Ka Phrong".
    But with the coming of the refine vegetable oils and seed oils…many people think that it's healthier and better…but there are households who still used this oil for cooking fried rice and veggies or even making burgers which is much tastier with this oil🐷🐖😄
