Today we’re making Dominican Style Sopa de Res, which is a homemade soup made with beef. Think of this recipe as an easy way of making Sancocho since many of the ingredients are the same. The great thing with this recipe is that it’s simpler. Now it does take a while to cook, but the results are hearty, delicious, and authentically Dominican. The flavors remind me of childhood. This homemade soup can be enjoyed with white rice, avocado and even some perfectly fried tostones. Be sure to join the Chef Zee family and tag me in your recreations. Buen Provecho!
