In this video, I’m cooking up two “Butcher’s Cuts,” The chuck eye steak and the Denver steak. These two cuts are as tender and delicious as ribeye, and you’re getting this at less than half the price!

  1. I tried this at the beginning of my carnivore diet journey. Chucks were good but they are not a ribeye and in my opinion for me, I felt they didn't measure up to a ribeye at all after a few weeks of trying them. Don't get me wrong, they were good but they just weren't ribeye.

  2. I think u r missing the whole point of eating steak. Not sure why in 2024 you would advise the use of gmo oil. And what purpose does this serve? A steak with fat, esp a cut of chuck has enough fat to stay juicy. If you have to coat it, then I would consider a mixture of 2 or more less unhealthful fats. Real olive oil, butter, un-nitrated bacon grease, ghee or talo (non-additive) to name a few. Loved how those steak turned out. You definitely have to great grillin skills. Ty.
