pressed cheese – 200 g (7 oz)
potatoes – 300 g (10.6 oz)
flour – 100 g (3.5 oz)
eggs – 1 piece
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil to fry – 50 ml (⅕ cup)
Pan with diameter 25 cm (10 in)
FRY OVER LOW FIRE 20 minutes

This came out as the most disgusting blandness I ever put in my mouth. I had to throw most of it away. The cheese melts to the bottom and sticks to the pan, and even drowning it in ketchup or other sauce couldn't save it. 🤮
Just tried grating a frozen chicken breast, it sucked. Just get a food processor 😂
That being said iixed it with chorizo, onions, a jalapeno, cheese and flour. Some spices, garlic etc. It made some decent chicken sandwiches.
Try frozen grated chicken and combine with zucchini, onion, bread crumbs, parmesean, and seasonings. Made into patties and pan fried. Very tasty.
