If you refreeze the pint cause you don’t eat it all do you just re spin?? Or do you do another ice cream spin?? What if you already added the mix ins??

I have just ordered one.
My came with 5 so I'm good there.
Totally junk I thawed mine and still the ice lifted from the nubs at the base and shook the whole darn machine scratching the plastic containers inside. Those pint containers need to be made from toughened borosilicate glass.
About the pints, we bought the ninja Creami deluxe at the store the other day and all the lids just lie loose on top of the container. Anyone else? I find this to be both incomprehensible and an audacity for a product that cost several hundred bucks.

Alot of people do light ice cream setting x2, which is what I do. Wonder what the time and rpm difference is between light ice cream(17,500 rpm) vs a respin(rpm?)
Can I freeze the recipes with salt rocks and ice method then put it in the processor? Will that freezing method work for this?

What I don't understand is why do you have to re-spin everytime you want a scoop. Can't you just take a scoop like you would out of store bought

got one this week, used it today, but i had a problem, where the lid, or better said the knife wasn‘t coming of the shaft. has anyone experienced the same and knows why? i thought maybe the knife gets too cold and freezes onto the shaft, because after waiting some time, i was able to pull it off
